1. Scope

These terms govern the sale of original artworks offered on auracreative.com by Aura Créative, sole trader (SIRET 852 665 033 00027).

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT not applicable, French CGI art. 293 B). Payments are processed online via Stripe by credit/debit card. The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

3. One-of-a-kind works

Each artwork is a one-of-a-kind piece, sold as a single edition. As soon as an artwork is purchased, it is removed from the catalog.

4. Shipping

Delivery to metropolitan France only, flat fee of 25 € (Colissimo tracked, insurance included). A hand-delivery option by appointment is available (0 €). Delivery times are 2 to 5 business days after shipment. Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 days from receipt of the artwork to withdraw without justification. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The artwork must be returned in its original condition.

6. Warranty

Artworks are guaranteed to match the description and photographs on the website. In case of damage upon delivery, the buyer must note reservations with the carrier and contact Aura Créative within 48 hours.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any judicial action.
